This week’s Etsy Finds Friday is absolutely, shamelessly cutesy, and I must admit I had a lot of fun pulling together this post! So put some extra honey in your tea, pop a couple of candy hearts, and prepare yourself for saccharine overload…
1. Oh dear, this little Plush Valentine Owl ($10) from Zemphira Creations is way too cute. Note: there are tiny seed beads used as accents on the owl, so it is not meant to be a toy. I say, use your common sense and don’t give it to a child who will chew on it.
2. When I was a little girl, I absolutely adored teeny tiny little purses, pouches, and pockets. They were perfect containers to house the numerous treasures (leaves, sticks, buttons, stickers, etc.) I collected throughout my day. This Cute Cupcake Purse ($24), which is hand felted and lined with pink satin, would make a very special present for any child keen on collecting.
3. This exquisite Athena’s Love Nest Necklace ($52) from Luxe Deluxe, with its sweet nest of Swarovski pearl “eggs” would be a fine gift for a Mama (or to a Mama from herself, perhaps?)
4. I am totally in love with the happy colors and cheery prints stitched together on this Pincushion ($8.50) with a red heart button from Zemphira Creations.
5. Freshen up your kitchen with these ‘Rainbow Poppies’ With Hearts Tea Towels ($17 for 2), made by Flying Rhymes of Denmark, or wrap up a set to give to Nana/Grandma as a sweet Valentine’s Day treat.
6. This is almost too much. Itsy bitsy Hand Painted Valentine’s Day High Tops ($25)! They are hand painted to-order, and come in children’s sizes 5-8.
7. I would love to tuck one of these little Paper Sack Gift Card Holders ($2.95 for 3) from Jane Says into a child’s lunchbox on Valentine’s day.
