Before I sign off for the weekend, I had to pass along a link to this scrumptious Clementine Cake recipe from Smitten Kitchen. Mmm. It looks like one of those cakes that’s just as good with tea in the afternoon (or possibly morning? 
) as it is for dessert. In the winter we’re always buying those little crates of clementines, so they’re always around, and this would be such a delicious way to use up that fruit!
